Users are only permitted one account. Those seeking to create a new account must receive permission from an Administrator by use of the PM System. New accounts not having been granted permission will be disabled. If you want a nam change, request it from an administrator. * Advertising and Recruitment. Any advertisements of any kind should ONLY be in your signature. Don't make threads recruiting for your website, doing so will result in a warning. * Avatar & Signature File Size File sizes should not exceed 250kb, so as to not cause exceptionally delayed page loading. Users in violation will be contacted and asked to remove the image in question. If 48 hours passes with no compliance, it will be removed by a staff member. * Prohibited Content You may not post, upload, link to, or e-mail any content that contains, promotes, instructs about, or provides prohibited content of the like listed below: o 1. Content that infringes upon any rights [ex. MP3s and ROMs] (including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks) o 2. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene o 3. Viruses or any other harmful computer software o 4. False Information or libel o 5. Spam, chain letters, or Pyramid schemes o 6. Gambling or Illicit drugs o 7. Terrorism o 8. Hacking or cheating for Internet/online games (legitimate cheats for games not included) o 9. Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers o 10. Pornography or nudity. o 11. Excessive profanity * o 13. Hacking materials or information. Simple and common swearing such as saying words like "FUCK, SHIT, etc." will be allowed. However, don't go over the limit, or you WILL be warned. Keep your swearing in moderation, and don't directly flame a member. Doing so may result in an infraction. Respect & Consideration for Other Users * Flaming Lacking respect for other users (including belittling comments, derogatory words, and the like) are considered to be flaming will result in a 7 day suspension or infraction. * Staff Deference Complaints about Staff should be directed to an Administrator's Inbox and are not to be posted. Topics of that nature will be trashed. Staff are to be treated the same as everyone else in the sense that they can be debated with etc, however no complaints are to be posted directly on the forum. If you have an issue with a staff member, PM it directly to me (Alexia), and it will be dealt with accordingly. * Spamming Spamming within topics is prohibited. This includes minimal responses (eg. 'lol', an emoticon, or responses that have no obvious thought) and off topic posts. Consequences & Restrictions * Bypassing Punishment Users bypassing their suspension and/or other punishments will have their aforementioned punishment doubled. * Explanation Users are permitted to contact an Administrator by use of the PM System (not within a public forum) about their punishment. However, members are more than welcome to directly ask an admin in the main forum about an issue with the website. * Punishment Finality All punishments (warns, mod queues, post disabling, suspensions, and bans) are final. Those re-registering after having been banned will be banned once again. Lowering of warning levels is not guaranteed, and is examined cases by case. Users are not to request that staff lower it.
