the game was really good actually the best..in series since it started it all..but the movie has nothing to do with the game..

i agree the orinal resident evil was ausome! the movie was... well lets just say it was pretty crappy.

ya. i meen the new RE games out now. are real easy but pretty nicely made. like outbreak series ETC. the movie had nothing to do with the games...apocalpyse and stuff..i meen wtf nemesis was in part 3 lmao. part 2 was with leon.

i believe that Capcom did not want the movie to be a direct conversion of the game (like Street Fighter)...that's why it does not have anything to do with the game....

I heard that the Resident Evil Remake was good in terms of its graphical performance...since I don't have a GameCube so I was wondering it is really good???

REmake has rather good graphics. The lighting effects are particulary good. Given how cheap Gamecubes are now second hand, it may even be worth your while getting one just for REmake and RE0, thats what i did.

As for the movies, the first was ok, Apocalypse was absolutely dire (how the heck do you screw up a monster as cool as Nemesis?) and Extinction looks even worse. Give me the games any day.

Yeah, original is always best. Funnily enough, I never really got round to finishing this. Something always distracts me.

I complete the RE games compulsively. I complete most between 1-2 hours, and once I start, I just can't stop. It's like Pringles.

I just played Chris' scenario last night. Hell, pure nostalgia! I didnt play it in at least 2 years and therefore it really gave me the chills i had when i played it back in 1998 or so.

The original RE is most likely one of the best :] Not because of it's graphics or sound or stuff like that, but because of it's still fantastic story, and the fact that it is still scary ha ha :]
